E-mail Records from Record View

Individual Records can be e-mailed directly from the 'Record View' page, saving time.

This new functionality has been developed in response to user feedback. Users can now e-mail records directly from the 'Record View' page. In the previous version, users were required to save and then e-mail the records via the 'Clipboard'.

Improved E-Mail Alert functionality

E-mail Alert functionality now includes new Content Format options and frequency options.

When setting up E-Mail Alerts, users can now select the type of format in which they would like to receive their alerts. Options include: Citations Only, Citations and Abstracts.

Abstracts can now be reviewed for relevancy within the E-Mail Alert. This saves time and supports precision retrieval. Abstracts are hyperlinked to the Records Page for easy retrieval of full record information.

The following new E-Mail Alert frequency options are available:

	Daily Bi-monthly Weekly Quarterly Bi-weekly Half-yearly Monthly Annually
